We use personal information to provide and improve the Services, communicate with users, comply with legal obligations, and support employer-sponsored benefits administration.

We share personal information with service providers, employers, brokers, and third-party administrators solely as necessary to provide the Services. We do not sell or share personal information as defined under California law.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption and access controls. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and comply with legal obligations, generally for the duration of your engagement plus a reasonable period thereafter.

California residents may exercise the right to opt out of future sales or sharing of personal information, although we do not sell or share such information. Requests may be submitted to privacy@kyndly.com and will be responded to within 45 days.

Kyndly is not a covered entity under HIPAA. We may process health-related information on behalf of employers or plan sponsors where contractually required.

We will notify affected individuals and parties of data breaches as required by applicable law.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.
